I have worked in the private sector for many years, in fields as diverse as celebrity calender production, health and nutrition to education. I have been fortunate to have had the guidance of some very special mentors who have facilitated my progression from ordinary to extra-ordinary positions.

I have co-ordinated the launches of the Kylie Minogue, Elle Macpherson, and Dame Edna Everidge celebrity calendars. In addition I was contracted to manage the promotion of the stunning Anne Geddes (beautifully photographed babies), Men of AFL and Ironman Calendars, including these clients' media appearances, interviews and promotional signings.

A key achievement was nation-wide double page print media spread on the Anne Geddes Calendar, resulting from just one media release.

I am unashamedly an old-school marketer, with proven successes in corporate and NFP public relations, event management and product launches with attitude.  My versatility as a writer has seen me in demand for the production of media releases, annual and health reports, along with staff, consumer and B2B newsletters.

With a passion for research I am able to bring innovation and depth to my writing projects.

With the key ingredients of life experiences, sound educational background, and a no-BS approach,

I am able to target my writing to a wide range of audiences with varied demographic profiles.

Now with a select client base, writing for the internet has become my main focus - articles, blogs, ghostwriting. My aim is to not compromise quality for quanitity, and original articles are a specialty which can then be manipulated for greater coverage.

For a change of scenery, I leave my family in Sydney and work as a tour director for an international group touring company. My favourite places are the awe-inspiring North West of Australia, and breathtaking New Zealand. My passengers and new friends are mostly recent retirees and seniors. I never cease to be amazed at the knowledge and success stories that these people possess, and am fortunate that they are gracious enough to share their lives with me.
